The Transactions page shows every Stripe payment that Fidro has analysed. This guide explains how to read and use it effectively.
The transactions table
Each row shows:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | When the payment was processed |
| Payment | The Stripe PaymentIntent ID (truncated — click "View" for full ID) |
| Amount | Currency and amount charged |
| Customer email (from PaymentIntent metadata) | |
| Risk | Chargeback risk score (0–100) with colour coding |
| Action | Fidro's recommendation: Allow, Review, Refund, or Disputed |
| Status | Disputed and/or Refunded badges |
Colour coding
Risk scores are colour-coded for quick scanning:
- Green (0–40) — Low risk, likely legitimate
- Amber (41–70) — Medium risk, worth reviewing
- Red (71–100) — High risk, likely fraudulent
Filtering and searching
Use the filter dropdown to narrow results:
- All transactions — Show everything
- High risk (71+) — Only high-risk transactions
- Medium risk (41–70) — Only medium-risk
- Low risk (0–40) — Only low-risk
- Disputed — Only transactions with active disputes
- Refunded — Only refunded transactions
The search box searches by email, IP address, or PaymentIntent ID.
