The Transactions page shows every Stripe payment that Fidro has analysed. This guide explains how to read and use it effectively.

The transactions table

Each row shows:

Column What it shows
Date When the payment was processed
Payment The Stripe PaymentIntent ID (truncated — click "View" for full ID)
Amount Currency and amount charged
Email Customer email (from PaymentIntent metadata)
Risk Chargeback risk score (0–100) with colour coding
Action Fidro's recommendation: Allow, Review, Refund, or Disputed
Status Disputed and/or Refunded badges

Colour coding

Risk scores are colour-coded for quick scanning:

  • Green (0–40) — Low risk, likely legitimate
  • Amber (41–70) — Medium risk, worth reviewing
  • Red (71–100) — High risk, likely fraudulent

Filtering and searching

Use the filter dropdown to narrow results:

  • All transactions — Show everything
  • High risk (71+) — Only high-risk transactions
  • Medium risk (41–70) — Only medium-risk
  • Low risk (0–40) — Only low-risk
  • Disputed — Only transactions with active disputes
  • Refunded — Only refunded transactions

The search box searches by email, IP address, or PaymentIntent ID.

Sorting

Click any sortable column header (Date, Amount, Risk) to sort ascending or descending. An arrow indicator shows the current sort direction.

Transaction detail view

Click "View" on any transaction to see the full breakdown:

  • Risk score with visual progress bar
  • Transaction info — full PaymentIntent ID, charge ID, card details, billing/card country
  • Dispute details (if disputed) — dispute ID, reason, status, timestamp
  • Risk checks — every check that ran, with pass/fail status and score contribution
  • Risk factors — plain-English summary of why the score is what it is
  • Refund button — manually refund the transaction (if not already refunded)
